Please read and understand the following:
All pickup and deliveries will be made between 4 PM and 10 PM with a turn around time of 48 to 72 hours (Monday through Friday). Same-day pickup is available if the order is placed before 1 PM. If you have any questions, please contact our operations manager at 631-504-2030.
Delivery charge of $5 will be applied to all orders.
Please place all your garments in a clothing bag. If you have a special request, simply mention it under "Special Instructions", or you can call/text us at 631-504-2030! Even a note with your laundry bag is acceptable ;)
All shirts will be drycleaned unless specifically mentioned under "special instructions" for shirts to be laundered on the delivery form. We carefully monitor and review the care label instructions.
We suggest you leave a door hanger on the outside door for us to drop off your clothes.
We will collect your credit card and will charge it prior to the scheduled delivery. A copy of your invoice will be attached to your garments.
An upcharge may be charged without prior notice for any of the following:

Hand washing

Difficult stain removal

Pet hair removal

Special garment cleaning such as silk and linen etc.
